It also says something that the one solution no one is talking about is a constitutional amendment saying explicitly no one is at any point above the law and you can’t bribe anyone in government.

Clearly the current judiciary isn’t robust enough to handle the Chevron reversal. Is there any downside to using that as an excuse to increase the number of districts to 17 and one Supreme Court Justice per district? Perhaps that would be a start towards going back to a government of laws
