According to the Wisconsin indictment, Mike Roman potentially got a whole lot of people indicted by refusing to alter the fake electoral certificates to include conditional language. Electors in PA & NM (who did include the hedge) haven't faced charges s3.documentcloud.org/documents/24...

Here in NM our AG determined that the reason our Gang of Idiots weren’t charged is they technically broke no state law. He’s asked that to be changed. The weasel language probably helped them duck other charges though.

Seriously! It makes sense—if there’s a valid dispute pending—for the loser to submit electoral votes, since that’s the only way Congress could ever count them for you. And all you have to do is say “if on 1/6 we are not the certified winners, please disregard these votes and count the other ones”
