Amazon and Space X are fighting in court to have the National Labor Relations Board declared unconstitutional.
This means the two richest men on earth want to dismantle the agency that holds them accountable for union busting.
Nothing terrifies them more than worker power.
If they win they'll soon see why their predecessors had to placate the working class with the Wagner Act. And maybe this time we amend the Constitution with a Workers Bill of Rights.
As a union rep who works constructively with management to ensure our members aren't being shafted,it always puzzles me that people think we'd be less than interested in the long term viability of our employer....why would we want to destroy our work? Makes no sense.
