This ban on 'adult' (see; not family friendly) content on tip sites and indie seller/subscription sites is getting out of hand. Like we're reaching purity culture censorship at this point. Pretty soon you won't even be able to sell books that 'look' suggestive in any way. Even romance won't be safe.

The cancer center I work at is literally the only one I’m aware of in my state that still requires masking, and it’s been like that for some time. Most of my coworkers complain bitterly and think it’s utterly stupid to wear a mask, and several have had Covid at least 3 times. It’s infuriating!

I'm less interested in reading a book or watching a movie by people trying their best to please the audience they think I am than in reading a book or watching a movie by people who just tried to express themselves and tell their story. I can decide for myself what I like and dislike.

I’ve always struggled to maintain interest when reading a book series, and I burned out on zombies 10 years ago, but Keith C. Blackmore’s Mountain Man series is amazing. The characters have captured my heart and the story has reanimated my interest in zombies. I highly, highly recommend it!
