Muggs can correct me from his side if the insurance industry, but one argument is that if no insurance policies, a lot if smaller orgs don't have the capital to pay out a suit and wouldn't be able to get claims paid to victims.

Yeah, that's a lot looser than I typically played. I often just tossed pairs below 5 if we had a lot of people still in unless I was in a blind. Whole lot of face plus junk now it looks like too.
