It’s #IndieApril and such a great time to discover indie and small-press authors! If you’re an author who is #disabled, #Deaf, #Blind, #neurodivergent, and/or #Spoonie (this also includes managing mental health spoons), please tell us about your works and share your links! Shameless promo welcome!

Hi, #SpoonieAuthors! It’s been awhile since I posted here because I have had poor health and needed surgery. But I want to slowly get things rolling again.
Let’s share links to our books so we can discover works by authors who manage spoons! #Spoonie #AmWriting

Hi! I’ve been wrestling with health stuff these past two years and will finally have an operation next week. I’ve really wanted to give the Spoonie Authors Network more attention but can only work with the spoons I have. Hopefully when I recover, I can get to it again! Wishing you all many spoons!

On this International Day of Persons with Disabilities, let’s also remember to celebrate and support the work of disabled artists. Buy our artwork, our books, watch to our performances! Our art matters, and it’s also massively awesome. #IDPD

On this International Day of Persons with Disabilities, remember that disabled folks don’t owe you explanations about why we use assistive tech or mobility devices. We aren’t obligated to tell strangers about our health. It can be exhausting constantly having to be an educator. #IDPD

Today is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. It’s important to make spaces accessible for disabled creatives and for folks to support our work.
Please feel free to link to your art, crafts, and books in the comments, so people can discover them! #IDPD

Hi, folks! I haven’t been on here as much as I’ve been going through a lot of medical tests, and just trying to balance everything, including the publication of my latest novel. It seems like folks like us are always managing spoons, eh? #Spoonie #SpoonieLife
