Anything ending with "...'s exchange" demands a hyphen. The dot com era was full of examples of that going poorly for prospective companies.

there used to be an Italian company that sold specialized battery products, which led to the glorious domain name powergenitalia sadly, it's long since lapsed and the company is defunct, and the story around the domain name has become a Bite the Wax Tadpole joke about a UK company
