When Johns Hopkins Hospital stopped masking, my otherwise really smart & experienced transplant nurse told me that COVID can't be airborne or they'd be required to keep wearing masks. The American healthcare system has been filled with "wash your hands to prevent a respiratory virus" misinformation.

Also pretty much ALL the comparative analysis I’m seeing is focusing exclusively on superficial appearances and how loud people talk. NOTHING about actual words and actions. You know, the things that MATTER. This is shallow and dumb and I’ve stopped taking anyone seriously if that’s their focus.

Look at how The Times is positioning this. As they call for Biden's head but even before she might ascend to the candidacy, it's tearing down Harris. Doing her job is "trying to quiet her doubters." They write about the odds of success not the stakes of failure: fascism.

The Times refused to give Joe Biden credit for the stellar economy until now, when they acknowledge it could be "one obstacle" to Trump. The paper should be putting a thousand obstacles in the way of the rise of fascism. It finds only one.

I used to work in 911. Any leg wounds, but particularly above the knee, is potentially VERY serious. It's not all that hard to wound the femoral artery, and it would be easy to bleed out before help arrived.

Live polling *as people was watching it* gave the advantage to Biden, simply because Trump is unlikable and Biden did not in fact do so horribly bad as media says. Most of this is hysteria planted after the fact. It's not based on reason.

I'm not. Everything they're doing is backing Trump, and the only reason he's showing any objection to it now is because people are reacting negatively. He fucking loves what Project 2025 is doing and he'll absolutely use it. He just doesn't want bad press.
