We lost Michael Zulli today. Beautiful, lyrical, mystical storyteller, he was part of the BW Boom of the 80s with his PUMA BLUES, he drew some gorgeous stuff for SANDMAN, and a startlingly fun book about Alice Cooper. All that’s just for starters. Some people, you think will always be out there.

Just remembering a conversation with a friend in a club in the mid-90's. "But I'm not one of *those* faggots." And then maybe a year later finding out he was in the hospital. PrEP is a goddamned miracle and we have purity queers out here acting like it's whore juice.

Try to get a class -- or watch a video -- that will AED train you to boot. The number of horror stories I've heard about AEDs going unused and just sitting on the wall while someone has a cardiac event because nobody knew how to use one, is too high.
