Just saw an old friend yesterday. Turns out she’s gone full Jews run the world conspiracy and doubled down when I challenged her racist speech, said I was naive and didn’t know the facts. I no longer have an old friend. I am very miserable today.

I’ve been listening to Empire podcast and I learned that English and Indian food was very similar in the early days of empire, but later on the English started to get into French cookery, which was seen as superior. Indian food was then relegated to lunch menus.
