I want to pick at this some more to double check but a dehumidifier is going to turn the latent load of water into sensible heat once the refrigerant rejects that heat into the condenser. How the math works out on energy savings is less clear though, especially when RH affects comfort.

The air coming out of the dehumidifier doesn’t feel warm though is it only a few degrees above room temperature?
