I would get Haitian fried chicken simply to see how it contrasts with Korean fried chicken and standard fried chicken.

Sometimes, I go into a new restaurant and just ask the waiters what they recommend to a person who has never had their food before.

I'd get the oxtail and some red beans & rice and the house sauce. Maybe get a small order of fried plantains to see if you like them. It's an interesting flavor, but not for everyone.

Can't really go wrong with the curried chicken and rice and beans when talking Caribbean food. The curried goat is more of an acquired taste wonderful flavour but lots of bones usually
