Because a good chunk of the country has been conditioned over the 30ish years of Fox News's existence to hate and to be led around by the nose by that hate. What they believe has no connection to reality or they would never leave home, but it's this blind acceptance that keeps the race close.

They're trying to make it happen. But they've tried too hard. 140+ stories about Biden's debate performance and nearly none about Trump's performance or ongoing legal troubles or stealing money from cancer patients went too far.

What this is about is all of us giving our all. He's not the only one having to give their all. And if you want to see things crumble, having him resign right now. Not only will a good chunk of the base revolt, Republicans are ready to bring lawsuits to keep him on ballots.

What they have done is voted for their candidate - take "I'm not a witch" lady - even if they knew the person had a higher chance of losing in the general. Then they would vote for whoever the nominee was. All of this forced the party further right.

That is a false equivalence and you shouldn't be caught in it. There is no comparison to MAGA here. When you allow yourself to get caught in that, you limit your choices. As was said on "The Owl House", they aren't coming from the same place we are, so don't make us into them.

Do you have a cognitive issue as well? Trump not only sounds like a narcissist, but a person whose coping mechanism to their mental facilities fading is to yell, get angry, and talk over others. And yet, even though medical professionals have pointed out the signs, the media doesn't cover it.

I'm from Abilene, TX, and currently live in Dallas, though I did spend a couple of college years in Massachusetts and four in Virginia in the Navy. But my language has evolved. Growing up I said coke, but I now say soda, among others.
