One thing I've learned is that if people are willing to rationalize an abuse of power on someone else's behalf, they'll rationalize it on their own behalf as well.
It's disappointing to like someone's work and think that they're a good person and then find out that they're a sex pest. But the mature reaction is to accept the new knowledge and place it in the context of what you know about them.
