We do get periods of about -20 c for two weeks and so and it works out ok. Some poorly made buses that Oslo bought in a hurry proved a problem but on average things work just fine.

I am not familiar with that brand. But it says it will never leave your hands oily. Eight hour creme will leave your hands (or whatever you apply it to) excessively oily and I think that is why it works so well.
