The reports about him basically being a walking zombie at the NATO meetings, forgetting the names of friends and donors, the debate where he ended a sentence "we beat Medicare", couldn't mount effective comebacks to Trump's lies, and looked completely out of it for the first half hour

Beshear is a problem b/c no other Dem will win KY governor's office. Cooper is term limited anyway. Manchin's a white guy who's highly critical of Biden and in fact left the party - can he even work with Harris?
