I can envision some travelers passing by our planet and wondering if they should stop to visit or keep going. We are not thinking about 'the planet' as a whole system. Nor are we paying much attention to what we're doing to it. We should. Too many of us aren't encouraged to think that way.

Or maybe there were also other reasons that they mostly (not entirely) didn't commit crimes while in office because they thought committing crimes was a bad thing to do? Wouldn't look good for them or the country? Maybe?
Also, lots of things that 'no other' has done are what tfg has already done.

I have a list of things I need to do. But I don't need to do them all today. So maybe I don't have anything to do? (ha ha ha ha ha) yeah well. Choices. So many choices. Schedules, recruiting, corporate filings, audio inventory, file setup, script edits, laundry, or dishes? Already fed the cats. :-)

We need a whole generation of debate experts who can hold up a bright mirror and help others not be fooled by it.
The worst part is that now, we are all saying basically the same thing. It just means something different depending on who's talking.

Drama sells more. It's bad for the country to point out that Biden has an excellent team, prefers to try to get along, and isn't ready to throw his opponents out a window.
Why are all the media outlets rushing to dis Biden for his age and not the old, ill, convicted felon running against him?

We don't have to imagine what can happen when a person with power decides he is going to do whatever he wants and to bad (or out the window) for those who object.
And no, an unjust "court system" isn't the answer. That's another fiction invented by money to protect money.

Us against Them is never going to get us to a diverse, pluralist, society that allows everyone to have basic personal autonomy and live peacefully.
The founders knew that, studied that, and came up with a solution: we vote and if we don't like it, we can change it. I liked that system.

Paraphrasing: We want more and they won't give it to us so we are going to circumvent all the regulations intended to protect communities and just let these new electric companies move in and build whatever wherever. Yeah. Very anti regulatory.

Somehow, there needs to be more than handwringing. It's okay for a minute, but there has to be something more, something to motivate people to stand up and not feed the anger. idk what the answer is. In my sci-fi stories, it's the youngest generation that finds the clues, not the oldest.

Seems to be more reports. Not sure if it's more instances of turbulence or more flights or something about the particular routes the planes were flying.

At some point real soon, y'all gonna have to choose to become journalists that hold those who have power accountable or keep being corporate public relations agents vested in soft language so as not to disturb those who hold power. "Oh well and there are takeaways" --- That's your headline?

Good morning. Coffee. Yes, more please.
From the show:
Cmdr. Brandon: Did N'amani forget to put a few things on your shuttle?
The Ambassador: Well, there are a few things we might need. He's just being thorough. It will all be put to good use.
Cmdr. Brandon: (knowingly) Oh, I'm sure it will.

Making progress on the show. Made a few recordings last week. Business side almost ready. New schedule ready to post.
One of my goals for the show is to bring out our humanity, our similarities, our better selves, and have a bit of fun. Somehow all that seems more important today.

There are two elements to the immunity decision that are particularly extreme in a way that many will miss: (1) motive is irrelevant and (2) immune acts are not just excluded from prosecution, theyβre excluded from evidence.

#TeamViewer says βcompromised employee accountβ led to a #Russian breach. While TV makes reassuring noises about its segmented network, it also said the tool was installed on more than 2.5B devices.
Thatβs a worry, despite calming PR. In #SBBlogwatch, we wonder why TeamViewer didnβt enforce #MFA.

Is that the authoritarian version or the democratic version? b/c in the democratic version unless there's a second and a vote, it can't happen. In the authoritarian version, I have no opinion.

I've seen enough -- this is the most radical, dangerous, arrogant, out-of-control Supreme Court in American history, and it needs to be treated as such.
