.@Jacob_Rees_Mogg can say what he wants about Sir John Major but, the bottom line is this: John Major is a member of no elite. He came from nothing, worked his way up & he has more natural class, sense & style than JRM or his ilk could ever hope for. And that will always be true. 19/19

Look, if you're any kind of big business CEO you're unlikely to be spotless and Timpson was a brexiter which is a mark against obviously, so I'm not senselessly cheerleading for him, but I've been banging on about prison reform and rehabilitation for *twenty years* and this lad knows his onions.

important point here, we are all flying blind on what the best path forward is and lots of people I respect differ from my own thoughts on the matter I think we are generally all coming from a good faith place of Oh God Not Trump and should give each other some grace on our disagreements as to how

Just as an observation, generally, making a mistake is fine. Not putting your hand up to making a mistake and then pretending you were ACTUALLY trying to say something DIFFERENT all ALONG is the mark of the deceitful and untrustworthy and I have no time for that in a person.

Taylor vocally came out against Marsha Blackburn during that evil lady’s last senate race and Blackburn still won. I think we need to give up the (understandable) fantasy that pop stars can swoop in and save the day. This is very much just my opinion, I know. But I’m right.

if the media could go ahead and treat this claim the way they treat Biden saying "I'm fine" - aka, as a lie that requires days on end of front page stories to debunk - that would be great we'll be over here waiting

I was JUST saying this!! Back in the day, it was the quickest, easiest way to learn about platforms and whatnot. We have the internet now. We can search and see what they stand for. Historically, bad debate performance is used as some measure of governing ability. The two are not equivalent.

There genuinely is a wellbeing / biodynamic / fascism nexus. Going back to the 1930s.
