The thing about taking statutory interpretation away from the agencies is that Congress actually has power over those agencies, but does not have power over the Court. It’s power grab in the guise of helping; it’s “helping” in a paternalistic, condescending, unchecked manner.

MBAs have ruined tech so hard. Social media wasn’t enough for us to push them out. Neither were streaming services or NFTs. Maybe AI will wake us up? VC hires product managers enshitify their products to enrich the company. They only consider the impact to the user if it will hurt the bottom line.
