"You move 3 cells east and 2 cells south" (or 3 right and 2 down, either way) doesn't sound like something difficult to tell somebody who can't see the board, regardless of the dimensions or shape of said cells. The cells could be shaped like X Parasites and it would still function the same.

yes every battle map has a specific amount of squares or hexes because they are not literally infinite. table top roleplaying games are collaborative, anyone GMing for a blind player could and should take it upon themselves to describe the map this is the most babybrained shit I've ever read.

Chess. All maps in all TTRPGs are literally just fancy chess boards functioning under similar if not the same rules, and all somebody has to do is call out moves/coordinates like they do in chess. It's a matter of willingness, not possibility.
