sanity check, ARE vaccines safe to accept in all of those countries? I wouldn't be surprised if scams, corruption, difficult transport conditions, etc. sometimes made them not be

With the data being from 2019, I’m pleasantly surprised with Afghanistan and Pakistan. Vaccine workers have been targets there ever since the CIA used a vaccination clinic to find bin Laden in 2011, with the most recent attacks being in January or so.

I don't think this has much external validity - for example, France is supposedly the worst in Europe, but then in mid-2021, as corona vaccines became available to all, French vaccination rates were fine for Western Europe, where the worst were Greece and the three German-speaking countries.
