Just so we're clear, all of these bans on trans healthcare are occurring in the same states that have onerous barriers to filing and winning medical malpractice lawsuits, then strict caps on damages if you do win. These states are downright hostile to genuine patient safety and medical regulation.

Already some places are talking about the “anti-DEI movement” as if there a movement cares about actually existing DEI. But there is only an anti-“DEI” movement against all things referred to by the new “DEI” slur, such as affirmative action or just black people having prestigious jobs of any kind
