RENT author Jonathan Larson was a composer, lyricist, playwright, musician & singer. This play is a study of multicultural society in NYC & the struggle ppl face. Posthumously, Larson was awarded a Pulitzer, 3 Tonys, 3 Drama Desk Awards, 3 Obies & Outer Critics Circle Award.

In RENT, except for Tracy Thoms & Rosario Dawson, the same actors appeared in both the play & the movie. The Seasons Of Love video is the movie version with Thoms & Dawson. Correction: Jonathan Larson died on Jan 25, 1996, the day before the first Off-Broadway performance.

Iāll start w me. Iām 71. I have no chronic illness, take no meds, I have aches & pains occasionally so I take the occasional aspirin (last time was abt 2 yrs ago). Iām debilitated by heat & hot weather. Thatās the ONLY thing that makes me feel unhealthy & weak. I have no A/C so it can get rough.
