i seem to be wrong. but this is interesting: [the 1st eng ed] adds chapter titles where Verne gives none, meanwhile changing the professor's surname to Hardwigg, Axel's name to Harry, and Gräuben's to Gretchen. In addition, many paragraphs and details are completely recomposed.

Have you ever played a gamebook (and maybe it was Grey Star, but I don't think so) where there was no mana pool to cast spells from, but casting spells cost hit points? I thought it was such a good idea but I don't remember which series did it any more.

Also, restoring Roe would only put abortion access in the same precarious position it was when the Supreme Court overruled it. We need constitutional amendments on privacy, abortion, and LGBT rights, not supreme court precedent.

My AP Calc teacher, invited the entire class over to his house to study for the AP test the night before, and he had a huge spread including donuts and chips etc. Also there was a bowl of baby carrots. Everyone just ate the carrots. his wife had to refill the bowl with more carrots from the fridge.
