And if you really are that hard up, it's not that hard to be like "yo I'm rich and I like to buy people things." It's not exactly tasteful, but at the very least you've avoided the major fact that will reliably get you every time.

Now I'm just talking to myself in your replies (sorry!) but I was way crossed on the Lieber game. That was in 2001, and it wasn't a high strikeout game, it was a one-hitter that Kerry followed up with a 14K one-hitter of his own the next day. Both of those games were under 2 hours!

I can't quite remember exactly, but either the game Kerry Wood struck out 20 or the next game when Jon Lieber struck out nearly that many was, I believe, longer.

The entire reason for Section 230 is because content hosted by the platform could be deemed expressive--otherwise why would you need to protect services from being treated as the *publisher* of user-generated content?

For a guy who thinks the Court shouldn't legislate, Thomas sure is keen on re-writing Section 230.

Congress chose to protect online services from liability for user content. That's entirely separate from, and immaterial to, the expressiveness of their choices.
