You more than know it’s not your responsibility, but I validate those feelings. That said, you have to protect your peace. She won’t ever be different. It’s so disappointing. If it means drawing a line & building boundaries to remove yourself from “family trips”, then it is what it is.

I had been wanting a stand alone 3.5 cu. chest freezer for the longest. My bday hit right before the pandemic & perfect timing. I was SO glad. Filled it to the brim. If you have a little spot, it absolutely pays for itself. Mine fits snug in the corner of my kitchen. Sits in a pan for small washers.

I love my bed & invested in my mattress. A solid decision. Shit was flying at every angle at the time & I needed that sanctuary. About 5yrs ago, I started using foam toppers. Started with 3”. Moved to 4” last Christmas. Enter your cozy era, sister. You get to make every single thing your very own.
