Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito should not have been part of the Trump immunity case. They were legally required under federal law to RECUSE themselves -- Thomas because his wife is implicated in January 6, and Alito because his bias was clearly displayed via his flagpoles.

Make no mistake — The Supreme Court just laid the groundwork to eliminate mifepristone. Their decision today to kill the Chevron doctrine means judges can now overrule federal agencies as much as they want. Including the FDA. Judges now get to decide which drugs are safe.

Facts: 1) The guy claiming to be the cousin of a juror (and that there was somehow a mistrial) was by his own admission a FAKE. 2) The actual juror on the Trump trial who got all their news from Truth Social still voted that Trump was GUILTY on ALL 34 felony counts.
