I still think this and I try to keep it in mind even while 80% of my feed is people expressing outrage and vitriol at anyone who isn’t wholeheartedly promoting some specific opinion about the best path forward for the world

Microsoft's AI is becoming a clear example of Creative Destruction. Their investments (including ABK) are leading to cutbacks elsewhere on their balance sheet. Hardware is underperforming and not in line with their focus on Services. The layoffs and Xbox Hardware are the casualty of AI.

Then the TVTVTV Xbox One stuff? Then the chronic "revisions" of their 1st party release schedules. Then the ABK monopolistic plotting. They want everyone paying for services regardless of quality. Look at the fees that businesses pay for basic security on Windows or Office 365.
