Calling the Cybertruck "futuristic" is some bullshit. Is the AP a marketing division of Tesla Corp?

It's tempting to just wallow in schadenfreude but, seriously, if you spend over $100K on something, you deserve better than this.

"average recall rate" is on it's own a pretty crazy thing to think about. As far as I'm aware most cars are recalled 0-1 times.

Heh, the recall is because the wiper controller stops working sometimes making the wipers fail. I guess it's a good thing you can't drive it in the rain.

Corporations are not humans, their primary focus is driven by greed. That said, it's pretty obvious that greed can cause corporations to suffer from premature ... release.

I don't understand this..
So if I see one on the street, has it been back in for tweaks 3 or 4 times? Or has the owner opted to skip the recall?

They gotta stop calling it “futuristic”. It’s just dorky and poorly designed both aesthetically and functionally.

I just feel like, if I had $100k to spend on a uniquevanity car I’d be going for a pre-owned Lotus and giving it a purple and green paint job.

Today is June 25th, but Tesla plans to wait to notify Cybertruck owners until August 18th about the recall.
That's over 6 weeks to just keep saying "it'll be fine"

Surely it doesn't matter if the wipers don't work because you shouldn't be driving it in the rain anyway.
