Yeah. I've always assumed "put the valuable and small enough to smuggle out of the store inventory at the back so there's maximum time to spot a shoplifter" was pretty standard practice. Sams has theirs right at the front, but it's a bit like Ikea and you can't just head for the exit from there.

Because he did not he the power to do so. Congress controls the size of the court by statute, not the President and there was insufficient support in Congress to do so.

Requires more than that, it requires control of the court, who would happily strike down any statute codifying Roe, as easily as they threw out Roe. And if you do have control of the court there's no point in passing the law, because Roe would remain in place. An exercise in futility either way

We actually are, you just haven't been paying attention to them. I have a client who'd been waiting 2.5 years on a disability case. New regulation by a Biden appointed commissioner of SSA went into effect last weekend and I was able to get the case approved three days later.
