I mostly bring it up because 97% of the Great Barrier Reef is currently bleached (dead), and it's expected that most reefs will be dead by 2050 at this rate. So anyone using any sunscreen going anywhere NEAR any water that's headed oceanward needs to be aware (I dearly love our seas and reefs).

kinfield.com don't know if this'll do what you're looking for, but it's one of the few brands I've found that's reef safe and safe for nearly every skintype.

And since it don't take much at ALL of oxybenzone, octinoxate, or avobenzone to damage reefs, reef safe is a HUGE deal.

My late partner was 5' and 100lb soaked. Most people mistook her for either a guy (when she had a pixie cut) or a 13-14 year old. In her mid 30s as well. Until they actually made eye contact🤣 Something about that 1000 yard stare of a trauma nurse. So I (sort of) know your pain!

Ok to that end, I can say that's not how we did it at all. We were legit there to actually give relief to those displaced by the war. My dad was a contractor, and actually built many houses, shelters, and wells. My mom a teacher, and helped with the ex-pat school. We were Moravians, not Baptist. 1/

Surprisingly, I'm actually fairly functional. Most people are only prescribed one. I'm on 3. Mostly because severe insomnia, night terrors, and PTSD, along with the seizures (when I say "night terrors," I mean a good dream is me having a "nice death"). Guess I'm built differently!
