Thanks for sharing this with us 🙏🏽 I love the idea of immersion, of exploring a topic as much as you can. Getting INTO it from all sides. I mean how else can you possibly know a thing? And how well can you possibly know a thing? Only as far as you plunge yourself into it.

Idk I feel like the firm should have let her keep the culture. Carlisle dropped the ball imo, when they got shifty with the commissions, and steamrolled the sellers. Once you fuck with employee/consumer trust it’s a wrap. It was the ppl who made it profitable to begin with.

I’m personally a big fan of writing it down on paper. We spend a lot of time on our phones, so think about it, what do you focus on most? What’s directly in front of you. So what if you did that with your ideas? What if you took them out of your head and put them on paper?

The other thing is I really do believe that people know what to do, and where to start. A lot of times they just need someone to tell them that it’s OK to do the thing. So let me tell you: if you have an idea, it’s OK to do the thing.

The irony here is tho that I frequently catch up with my clients and we do shoot the shit on a personal level and I totally make space for them if they need it. Because I know they’re constantly after the vision despite what life spits at them.

I’m not super gentle in my delivery so if you have low self-esteem issues I’m not gonna be great for that bc I don’t do hand holding in a professional capacity, but I can definitely refer you to a counselor. If you want to make something tho, I’m excellent at action steps; plans, execution.
