One thing I really love about Bluesky is that HEAT discourse happens so often. It's a perfect movie. I'm posting the opening heist. It's one of the best of all time and it's only the second best robbery in the movie (which is the best shootout in history).

I worked at a video store in the mid-90’s and went through a hitman movie phase during my time there. I was also young and dumb and not super interested in foreign films. I’m glad I finally decided to grab it to check out. Your essay reminded me that it’s been far too long since I’ve watched it.

Another strong contender for me on the bad actor side of things is Usual Suspects. Hard to watch Bryan Singer and/or Kevin Spacey stuff these days. Was one of my first favorite movies as an adult though.

There’s a few ways it can be done. Time Machine is supposedly the easy option. The two big things I have is movie files and photos. I’m opting for kind of starting from scratch and using an external drive.

We had a pretty quiet night. The drugs worked pretty good with Beulah. The only issue was Bear wouldn’t pee before bedtime because he was too busy protecting the house so I had to set an alarm for the middle of the night to let him out so he wouldn’t go in the house.
