Cloudy, cool, and few sprinkles in the Metroplex. Family near Houston has no power. Dad has the generator up and running. Hopefully Beryl blows through with minimal damage this morning. Flash floods a concern, but a lot of places are closed and classes canceled. Stay safe, H-town.

The dog is positively giddy we're opening a can of cat food for the cat. He seriously thinks he's going to get some. This happens every day and every day, he does not get cat food. Perhaps tomorrow.

Thank you. Likewise! We'll have to do this again tomorrow. There are many shows around here. It seems every municipality does one either on the 3rd or 4th. We learned our lesson last year--poor Riley was really bothered and kept pacing around the house. It was his first 4th, poor little guy.
