He got out onto the water. About 50 other gulls are circling above him out of compassion and to defend him from predators, but I doubt he can survive. I also doubt a rehabber would come out here, though, and I can't catch him ๐ข

S&C denied this but I think their motion to dismiss, which depended partly on that denial, was denied. The lawsuit was later settled with undisclosed terms and afaict none of the issues were definitively determined by a court.

yeah it's in my opinion fucking brilliant, the most bonkers in a good way soundtrack choice i can think of. nothing to be intimidated by in my opinion except i guess it has 100-something episodes? but if you start and you like it then that's no burden and if you don't like it then fuck it.

most of the soundtrack cues are pretty short excerpts but they're well-chosen. (exception: in My Conquest is the Sea of Stars, they play the entire Ravel Bolero to soundtrack the big space battle.)

listening to bruckner 7. makes me nostalgic for LoGH now. gineipedia has a list of all the soundtrack cues for every episode of the OVA but nobody has made a reverse-indexed version where you can click on a piece and see the episodes it's in. i would get a lot of use out of that though!
