In high school, we learnt about U shaped valleys (as opposed to V shaped). Very different process in northern England but ice age time. (I think, from memory, the ice sheets moved, dragging rocks and stones which created the U.)

I replied to someone on here earlier who said the primaries were “empty” (I assume they meant no challengers). I remembered Michigan had candidates. (Even though I’m British, I remembered.) Then it led me to Nevada. Which had 13 candidates! 13! Anyway, they haven’t replied to my wiki sharing.

I googled the Michigan primary, because I remembered it had several candidates, plus uncommitted. It then led me to the Nevada primary, which had 13 candidates. 13 is much more than 0. If you Google, I’m sure you will find more!

I was so, so careful as a teacher to not let my politics be clear to students (some colleagues knew) but some things we have to teach in the English education system. Gove made it compulsory to teach British values (insert *British*?? rant here) including ‘tolerance’. Bet Lowe hates that.
