Old renewables guy here: There is a mind blowing amount of work that goes into these, and the last one I saw behind the scenes was a decade ago. Peak oil demand was decades away then. Renewables have been advancing at an incredible pace.

I did just have a recruiter contact me about an associate position paying $20/hr and I replied with saying that’s fast food wages I can make 3 blocks from here with no qualifications whatsoever, hopefully this pressures shitty employers up the chain as well
