Thanks, I'll look into it. I'll probably need to weigh up my options first. But it isn't right that the pavement was that dangerous just because of a little rain, someone needs to pay something

I'm not sure, the pavement itself was outside a hotel but it might be the council that are responsible for maintenance

As well as being slippery, the pavement I slipped on was cracked. I got a picture of it just in case.

Putting it out there to the hivemind: how do you go about putting in a personal injury claim? This is me out of the gym for the forseeable future and likely having to get taxis to and from work. Someone other than me should be paying for that

It was pretty bad. I slid a solid foot or so. I don't think anything is broken but I'm currently debating if the hospital is a good idea or not

Yesterday's rain destroyed my wireless headphones. I hoped that'd be the worst thing that happened to me today then I slipped over on the way to work because of today's rain and managed to fuck my ankle up I really hope nobody was filming that because that'd be hilarious to anyone but me
