no that makes sense. i'm not really dialed in like you are... i for sure see a lot of hostility and gatekeeping. luckily in my lane i can avoid all that. you are more "out there" in the public eye so my guess is you see it all and your experience is way more real time than mine.

then it's probably on their end set-up issues. i have had these problems before when i was with verizon pre-paid. if you switched providers there could be a delay or issues with porting your # from the old provider. sometimes they (service providers) don't play nice w/ each other. hang in there!
