The boy turning his head at various points: that isn't human movement. That's a T. Rex turning its gaze to you. That's a faerie tripping balls. Human heads and necks just don't move like that.
The fact that this was at Cannes and isn't a real ad tells you that this was produced and promoted by the creative agency, trying to show off how "innovative" they are.
They probably couldn't have convinced an active brand to agree to do this, so they picked a dead one.
