I told myself I was going to savor it and not watch more than two episodes a day. Sure. I binged it in two days. On the plus side, I am now planning a rewatch of ONE OF THE BEST SEASONS OF *ANY* STAR TREK SERIES EVER for the long weekend.

I see a lot of people here suggesting rather petty ways for President Biden to use his newly discovered immunity. Think bigger. What I'm hearing is that Biden no longer needs congressional approval to send money and/or weapons to Ukraine.

[ALSO SPOILERS] I could've sworn I heard TARDIS-like noises at one point (possibly when the Infinity first goes through the wormhole? Will have to check on rewatch.) And, while not larger on the inside, the Infinity becomes a time machine AND a spaceship, so isn't it functionally a TARDIS?

I'm going to try to savor Prodigy S2 and not watch more than two episodes a day. I'm not sure my willpower is up to it, esp. with a 4- day weekend coming up. It also means staying off BlueSky & various other sites until I'm done. See you on the other side.

Sorry, I guess I should've added a /s to my comment. If the station spins to produce a simulated 1g at the outer ring, then - even if the ships are docked so as to be balanced - the connection between the station and a docked ship must be enough to hold the (earthly) weight of the ship.

The attempted reassurance (at the end of the syllabus) that the expanded immunity is necessary for and applicable to all presidents would be a lot more reassuring if it came from a Court that appeared to respect precedent.

I don't get the Discourse on whether pineapple "belongs" on pizza. There are lots of people who don't like mushrooms on pizza (which is fine) and lots of people who do (like me). But we don't have a gigantic debate on whether mushrooms "belong" on pizza. Why should pineapple be different?

If you want to watch more Discovery now for Cronenberg, and/or because Kovichs is an interesting, mysterious character, go right ahead. But if you're wanting to watch more Discovery because Kovichs is Daniels, don't bother. It's a throwaway line in the finale which has no impact on DSC or ENT.

Also, when Governor of Indiana, faced with an opioid crisis in the SE part of the state when every public health official in the state was telling him to implement a needle exchange to avoid compounding it with an HIV outbreak....he did...eventually...after taking several days to "pray on it."
