*giggles in Driving in Cape Town, but* Wasn't there a piece (WaPo?) looking at why road deaths have been rising steadily in the US? Showed what I've long suspected: the culprit is the ever-growing size of cars. Folk think if they drive a tank, they can act like a tank driver in a war zone.
