i have def developed an anxious response to seeing pics of unmasked people in public spaces. i dream about realizing i'm unmasked in public usually every night that i can remember my dreams. it's so weird to have that response when so so many don't. but. i've only had it once, pre-tests, if at all.

Hey motherfuckers, just found out my kid had post-viral myocarditis from COVID in 2022! Discovered because of constant fatigue and dizziness when standing. They now use a cane. COVID is surging again so do the damn things! I know they suck but not as much as giving someone else a heart condition.

Friendly reminder not to touch, even jokingly someones mobility aid. For many of us, it's our only source of independence. If it breaks or gets damaged, it can take months/years to replace when you have low income or are on social assistance.

So many folks are sick again so I share this with love: you must rest. Rest won’t guarantee you don’t get long covid but it’s a huge mitigator. Even if you have an accute mild case. Even if you don’t feel it at all. Send this to your boss. Make your partner clean or use disposable dishes etc.
