Bleh. It's finally cooling off at 9pm... Next few days will be dreadful though. House full of pets, no a/c here, and I'll be at work the next three days - with no way to help mitigate the heat in here for them. Leave the cats a large bowl of ice when I leave I guess.

Those are totally traumatic experiences. Or can be, at least. My mom had a shitty job once; it literally gave her agoraphobia for almost 5 years. Being bullied/abused is very traumatic for kids. Give yourself space. (Unless that was undetected snark? lol)

All this week, I'll be staying up until 4am to run fans, swapping out the hot air of the day from my apartment with the cooler night time air, and then, closing all the windows to avoid the heat / humidity of the next day.

It's not optimal, is my point.
