Good morning, dearest Avi. I'm so glad mama is feeling better. I have to study the portable ACs. I don't know if that would work here. My house is open concept. Living, dining and family rooms plus the kitchen are all open. No walls. The ceiling fan is a good idea. Keep cool, my friends. Love you. ❤️

Thank God you have the portable ACs. It is indeed an investment in your health. I have a fan in the family room, but frankly, all it does is move the hot air. 🙄 I should look into getting a portable AC. It's good that you don't have high humidity. How is mama feeling? I hope she's feeling better.

Oh my goodness, poor mama. Those temperatures are really high. Do you have high humidity, too? Because that makes it worse. And you don't have AC, right? Drink lots of liquids. Walks only very early in the morning or late in the afternoon. I am so sorry you have to endure this high temperatures.

Hello, sweet friend. Poor mama. She needs to rest. Headaches are debilitating. Hope she feels better soon. Meanwhile she should avoid the phone and computer. They can make the headache worse. I hope your leggies are ok. We're doing well, thank you. Most of the time in the bedroom.
