Thank you! I got my first case in April, and I have Lupus. I'm vaccinated. Most people around me have been cautious, and I have been. I took a remote job. This case of COVID was not easy. I was very ill. I think of how much worse it could have been. Please mask if you're sick in any way.

Yes, I understand. I've had the worst group of neighbors I've ever had. It's grated on my nerves, anxiety, and health: the loud cars and inconsiderate behavior. My parents/grandparents taught me better, so I often want to ask what happened in the learning gap.

I have noticed that having a therapist's support, exercise, meds, and a plan when things are hard is essential. Also, a support system (of friends), even if it's small. And remind yourself it's okay to have hard days. You don't have to be perfect. Imperfect - is ✨🌟💜.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I have anxiety as well. I felt I was (doing ok) until someone broke into my apartment at night. What are you doing to help you? I have accepted that I may never fully get rid of it. I am learning to manage it the best I can.

This is ridiculous. I teach Linguistics - Reading from birth to grade 3 / and grades 4 to 12 to university students. If more people understood how essential reading is. How important books and libraries are maybe it would make a difference.
