Google’s emissions are up 48% in 5 years. Microsoft’s are up 30% since 2020. Those soaring figures are being driven by mass investments in data centers to power AI tools. Generative AI is a climate disaster and data center expansion must be stopped.

I’ve had good results w Substack. Started last year, 1200 free subs, 30 paid. I post 3/4 as free and 1/4 paid sub only as well as access to archives. I added the paid tier at 6 months.

💯! I feel that pressure to head in directions with my illustrations that I don’t enjoy. Sometimes, finding a way around that in our way is better. Certainly is more fun 🤩

One of the best pieces of advice I ever heard was to build a portfolio of things you want to make more of, not what you think other people want. Choose your best works, your most self indulgent works, and make them the highlights.
