The first thing a lot of us in Texas probably think about when we see a lot of state troopers these days are the nearly 100 of them that stood by and let children die at an elementary school because they were too scared to do anything about a single shooter. It's all fucking cosplay.

If even one of them had attempted to actually save those kids they would have gained immediate hero status regardless of outcome and the other cops inaction would have been a blip Instead they're all cowards forever

Well, it’s cosplay until it’s not. They wouldn’t do anything about the shooter bc the shooter might have shot back. Cops much prefer shooting *unarmed* people.
