If you want to deescalate the conflict the only viable solution is to give the Palestinian people self-determination. Not limited self-rule under Israeli occupation, not a bantustan or a patchwork of enclaves, not "economic opportunity", but political emancipation.

Iunno, it just seems like senators and reps get shoved down regular people's throats so you have to engage with them and that's not quite as true for governors like Whitmer and Pritzker. But, I probably have recency bias, and they both seem beloved by their constituents, so, they should run.
