I agree with the school board we should ban all material that encourages 'rebellion' against authority. The Declaration of Independence should be added to that list.

It’s weird that suddenly Tiffany Justice has dropped off the M4L radar. She lives in Indian River County and was on the school board there years ago. Florida remains a hole, can confirm.

This reminds me when Belarus banned clapping because the opposition started a campaign to clap for the president whenever people saw him because he rigged the election. You are only telling people you did the wrong thing by banning people saying you did the wrong thing.

So on the free speech front, this feels like the school board is crossing a line, no? Like, the government limiting access to speech because of the content of the speech disagrees with them is well beyond even the half-assed obscenity justification, yeah? Or do school boards just get to do that
